Why We Started This
After running a bike shop in Salisbury for 14 years, Eric saw the same problem everywhere: great businesses with terrible websites and zero online visibility - but the quotes to fix them were $5,000+. Meanwhile, Charleigh was tired of watching small companies get overcharged by agencies that overpromised and underdelivered."
We started PathPoint to fix both problems. We know what it's like to run a business, manage tight budgets, and need results - not excuses.
Based in Mocksville, we serve small businesses throughout the North Carolina Piedmont region, including Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Salisbury, Mooresville, and beyond.

Eric Phillips
Founder & Technical Lead
Eric spent seven years as a Front-End Designer at Delhaize Corporation (Food Lion's parent company), where he built and maintained digital experiences for a national retail brand. He learned how to balance clean design with technical performance - skills that translate directly to building websites that rank and convert.
After his corporate career, he founded and ran a bicycle shop in the Piedmont region for 14 years. Running a brick-and-mortar business taught him what matters to small business owners: ROI, clear communication, and solutions that actually work.
At PathPoint, Eric handles the technical side - SEO audits, site development, and making sure everything runs fast and ranks well.
When he needed a website for his bike shop, the typical $5,000+ quotes were out of reach. He eventually paid $600/month for a cookie-cutter solution that was always a stretch. Charleigh Phillips

Charleigh graduated from Appalachian State and started her career as an Events Director for Marriott, where managing high-stakes events and demanding clients became second nature. That experience taught her how to listen, organize complex projects, and deliver on tight deadlines.
She later moved into inside sales and spent time teaching Intro to Engineering at the high school level - which means she's really good at explaining technical concepts in plain English.
At PathPoint, Charleigh manages client relationships, translates technical work into clear updates, and makes sure projects stay on track and on budget.
