The Partnership
Experience the Path. Define the Point.
Our partnership is built on the intersection of two perspectives. As a father-daughter team, we combine decades of structural business experience with a modern vision for digital elevation. We don’t just build websites; we build legacies—blending the reliability of a solid foundation with the innovation of next-generation design.
01 / Eric Phillips
The Foundation
Eric’s approach to the web is built on the balance between aesthetic intent and technical execution. From 2001 to 2008, he served as a Front-End Designer for Delhaize Corporation, where he acted as the vital link between marketing vision and back-end development. By bridging the gap between these two worlds, he helped maintain and evolve the digital presence for national brands like Food Lion.
Following his corporate tenure, Eric spent 14 years in the trenches of small business ownership as the founder of Skinny Wheels Pedals & Pints. This experience transformed his technical background into a practical toolkit for entrepreneurs. At PathPoint, he ensures that every project is not only visually polished but also grounded in the functional reality of running a successful business.
02 / Charleigh Phillips
The Elevation
Charleigh brings a specialized focus on systems, communication, and project architecture to PathPoint. A graduate of Appalachian State, she began her career in the hospitality industry as an Events Director for Marriott. Managing high-stakes logistics and client expectations in that environment honed her ability to translate complex needs into seamless, organized results.
Following her time in hospitality, Charleigh transitioned into inside sales and later spent time teaching Intro to Engineering at the high school level. This background in both sales strategy and technical education allows her to act as a bridge for PathPoint clients—ensuring that every project is not only engineered to high standards but is clearly communicated and perfectly aligned with the client’s goals
